Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by visiting prospective clients, identifying opportunities, building client relationships to achieve targets. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across industries by promoting our digital transformation solutions in QHSE, Visitor Management, Attendance Management and Vehicle Parking Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

  • Present, demonstrate, and promote paperless management system solutions to potential clients.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products and solutions to potential clients.

  • Negotiations and followup with clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales reports.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
