We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Generate new business by visiting prospective customers and markets.
Meet with existing and potential clients to present products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up and after-sales support.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
