Field Sales Engineer

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Engineer in the solar industry based in Okhla Industrial Area Phase -2, New Delhi, your role involves driving lead generation and engaging with potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solar solutions. Your technical consultation will include explaining the benefits, feasibility, and installation process of solar systems. Effective negotiation skills will be crucial in achieving sales targets. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs through market research. Field visits to client locations for site inspections and on-ground support will be a part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM systems, and reporting progress to the management are also key tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers to promote solar products and solutions. - Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions. - Technical Consultation: Explain solar system benefits, feasibility, and installation process. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets through effective negotiation. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Field Visits: Travel to client locations, conduct site inspections, and provide on-ground support. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and report progress to the management. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) is required. - Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in sales. - Skills: Excellent communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills. - Mindset: Smart, proactive, and eager to learn. - Mobility: A bike is required for field visits. - Preferred: Basic knowledge of solar technology and industry trends is a plus.,
