Role & responsibilities

Laptop & Desktop Hardware & Networking,

• Wi-fi installation and troubleshooting,
• Switch & Router installation and troubleshooting.
• TV Screen menu update, Standee Manu update.
• Field Support.
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
• Follow-up on the pending calls
• Knowledge of Ticketing tool to log ticket and resolve.
