Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer based in Faridabad. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing field applications, and driving pre & post sales of IoT-enabled products. The role involves troubleshooting electronics and analog systems, liaising with clients to understand their technical needs, and optimizing product performance based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics
• 2-4 years experience in embedded hardware, firmware, and software development with a focus on field application support or customer-facing roles

Skills

1. Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems architecture, microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART)
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
4. Experience with customer-facing roles and project management is highly desirable
