Field Application Engineer

Field applica􀆟on Engineer: 1-3 Years

Location: NCR region

Qualifications: Diploma/ Engineering degree/BSc. / MSc. in Electronics / Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical, Mechatronics or related stream.

Experience: Relevant years of experience in Sales & Marketing in multi brand product selling and

industrial automation products for different industrial segments.

Experience in Automation products and Industrial consumables used in machine, maintenance & Process i.e Flow, Pressure & other Instrumenta􀆟on products. Experience in PLC, AC Drive, Servo, Control, Panel and understanding of Motor, gearbox, Pneumatics & Hydraulic products as well as their applica􀆟on knowledge is desirable.

Exposure/experience in industry segments such as Metal & power, Cement, PSUs, Textile, Intralogistics & Material handling, Pharma, Packaging Prin􀆟ng, , Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas as well as Automotive sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportuni􀆟es in industrial automation across various sectors.
• Promote and sell customized automa􀆟on solu􀆟ons, including our standard brand as well panels.
• Build and maintain strong rela􀆟onships with clients, understanding their automation needs and offering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers to win prospect in terms technical & commercial aspects.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quota􀆟ons, and sales reports to management.
• Monthly sales planning & forecasting for clients
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
• Ability to travel within /outside the region as required.
• Maintain business revenue sales with the existing customers
• Timely Report Submissions and accuracy: - Sales Projection, Weekly Report (Sales & Collection), Sales Forecasting Accuracy
