Job Description

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Your responsibilities will include organizing meetings, managing information flow accurately, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparing detailed itineraries. Additionally, you will be tasked with taking dictation, writing minutes, producing reports and presentations, and maintaining the filing and database system. You will also be expected to suggest improvements to existing systems. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong time management abilities, multitasking skills, well-developed organizational capabilities, professional discretion, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of total experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Educational qualifications such as a Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or an MBA will be preferred.
