Looking for an Executive Assistant for a prominent Vedic Scholar and a Holistic Coach.
Role and responsibilities:
▪ Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Vedic Scholar
▪ Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments
▪ Taking calls from clients. Effective and timely communication with clients through calls and social media while
maintaining good relationship at all times with all customers
▪ Content writing for workshops/seminars
▪ Composing and preparing email and other correspondence that is confidential
▪ Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the meetings
▪ Prioritises conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Skill Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
▪ Graduate in any discipline, preferably arts or humanities
▪ Minimum of 1 or 2 years work experience in any organisation
▪ Working knowledge on MS office
▪ Language - English, Malayalam/Tamil, Hindi
Others:
▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Organisational skills
▪ Sense of urgency
▪ Data entry
▪ Networking and socialising
Added Advantages:
▪ Social Networking skills
▪ Knowledge of Sanskrit and/or any other Sastras of Sanatana Dharma
▪ Designing skills - creating brochures, flyers etc.
▪ Basic editing skills (videos and documents)
