Role Overview

Event Planner Weddings

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Visioning
    • Conduct initial and ongoing meetings to understand couples style, budget and priorities • Develop mood boards, floor plans and detailed proposals
  • Budget & Vendor Management
    • Create and maintain event budgets; track expenses and process invoices • Research, negotiate with, and secure vendors (venues, caterers, florists, entertainment, etc.)

  • Event Execution
    • Lead on-site teams and manage third-party vendors to guarantee seamless flow • Troubleshoot issues in real time; maintain calm under pressure

Post-Event Follow-Up
• Conduct debrief with clients and vendors; collect feedback • Prepare final reports and reconcile budgets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of wedding or high-end event planning experience
