Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domains. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical expertise in Oracle Cloud modules, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:
Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. This includes configuring Oracle Cloud modules to align with client business needs.
Business Process Analysis:
Conduct a thorough analysis of a client's "as-is" business processes, identify gaps, and design and document "to-be" solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project managers to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.
Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Data Migration:
Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the smooth and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the new Oracle Cloud environment.
Training & Support:
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure a seamless transition and user adoption. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Reporting & Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals. Develop reports and dashboards as per client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM.
In-depth knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, Planning, Consolidation).
Experience with full life-cycle implementation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Proficiency in creating project documentation and delivering presentations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud).
Experience with integrating Oracle Cloud with other systems using tools like REST APIs or data loaders.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages
