ERP Project Manager- Gurgaon

As an ERP Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing ERP projects within deadlines and budget constraints. Your primary focus will be to lead cross-functional teams through the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to system design, testing, training, and post-go-live support. It is essential to ensure that the ERP projects align with our business goals and operational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments when necessary. - Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Conduct regular project meetings with business units and ERP consultants. - Work with various departments to document business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Manage ERP configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. - Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing. - Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions, and drive change management strategies. - Coordinate go-live activities, monitor system performance post-implementation, and provide support for issue resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), project planning, stakeholder management, and ERP implementation project management. - Proficiency in system design, process mapping, requirements gathering, configuration and customization, data migration, training, and change management. - Strong communication skills to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment.
