Job Description

Key Responsibilities

User Support & Issue Resolution:

Provide first and second-level functional and technical support for all ERP-related issues reported by end-users across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.).
Log, track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets and incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Escalate complex or unresolvable issues to senior technical staff or external vendors as necessary, and track them through to resolution.

System Maintenance & Monitoring:

Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
Assist in managing user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP system to ensure proper security and segregation of duties.
Help test and deploy patches, updates, and new configurations.

Training & Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and troubleshooting guides.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on ERP modules, best practices, and new features.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with business process owners to understand their needs and recommend functional improvements or customizations within the ERP system.
Participate in testing new configurations, customizations, and module implementations.

Data Integrity:

Assist in maintaining data integrity within the ERP system by supporting data clean-up activities and reporting on data quality issues.
