ERP Implementation Consultant

As an ERP Consultant at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their business processes, and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of ERP solutions. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Gather requirements and document functional specifications for ERP implementation or upgrades. - Configure and customize ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, and Sales to align with business needs. - Develop functional designs and map business requirements to ERP capabilities for seamless integration. - Provide hands-on support during implementation, including data migration, system integration, and testing. - Create user manuals and deliver end-user training for effective adoption of the ERP system. - Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and provide solutions before the system goes live. - Offer ongoing functional support to clients post-implementation, resolving issues and making necessary system adjustments. - Act as the primary contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and ERP software releases to deliver current functionalities to clients. - Support clients in managing changes in business processes and system upgrades through effective change management strategies. Preferred Skills: - Experience in business process re-engineering or optimization. - Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies. - Proficiency in data migration, integration, and system testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Functional Knowledge and Module Expertise. - Business Process Knowledge and Problem-Solving skills. - Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi, with proficiency in any south regional language. - Project Management abilities and familiarity with ERP Tools & Technologies. - Team Player mindset. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Programming skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, Python.
