Job Description

You will join the Multimedia Services team as an Enterprise Operations Engineer I at Mastercard. Your role will involve working on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives, and service delivery within the region you are hired, as well as supporting the global team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to simplify and modernize audio visual experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement strategic refresh projects within the region - Act as the product owner for audio visual technology - Lead resolution and problem management for video conferencing technology - Manage ITSM process for ticketing and incident reporting/resolution - Contribute to monthly operational metrics and insights - Support the development and implementation of standards and procedures - Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues as needed - Evaluate function performance and recommend improvements - Conduct goal setting and performance appraisal processes for your team Qualifications Required: - Experience in installation, configuration, and management of AV technologies within a global enterprise - Proficiency in technical infrastructure and collaboration platforms - Strong customer service focus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to provide technical support and maintenance for networking technologies - Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any security violations or breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings. You will play a crucial role in enabling and empowering your colleagues globally within the Employee Digital Experience team at Mastercard.
