Job Description

:

Role & responsibilities

Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in Enterprise Network Operations.
Collaborate with team members and guide them to achieve operational excellence.
Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
Work with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to high-impact network decisions.
Provide technical solutions to network issues faced by your team and other dependent teams.
Perform network monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements to support enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently across routing, switching, wireless, and cloud-connected networks.
Conduct
knowledge-sharing sessions
to improve team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of network processes, changes, and configurations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
6 to 9 years in Enterprise Network Operations / Network Administration.
Strong understanding of
network protocols, architectures, and troubleshooting methods
.
Hands-on experience with
network monitoring and management tools
.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across routing, switching, wireless, and cloud networking environments.
Familiarity with
cloud networking concepts and technologies
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Must have completed
15 years of full-time education
(Bachelors degree required).
