Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high performance and stability.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across switching, routing, wireless, and WAN environments.
  
• Configure and maintain

  Cisco routers

  ,

  Cisco/Meraki switches

  , wireless controllers, and related network components.
• Perform

  production network monitoring

  using enterprise-grade monitoring tools (lab-only experience not accepted).
• Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement network strategies and solutions.
  
• Document network configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  
• Support network implementation projects and ensure successful deployment.
  
• Ensure network changes follow proper standards and documentation practices.
  
• Work in

  24/7 rotational shifts

  as required by business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  46 years in Enterprise Network Operations / Network Engineering / Network Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in

  routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN

  , and load balancer technologies (F5).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Cisco/Meraki switches, and wireless networks.
  
• Familiarity with

  cloud networking

  and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with

  network monitoring tools

  , Splunk, syslog, and production monitoring setups.
• Good understanding of network protocols, architectures, and best practices.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage workload effectively.
  
• Positive attitude, strong team collaboration, and problem-solving mindset.
  
• Must have completed

  15 years of full-time education

  (Bachelor’s degree required).
