About the Role

Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • primary relationship owner

  • Drive revenue growth

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth

  • C-level and senior stakeholder relationships

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

  • quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

  • implementation of new enterprise clients

  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and market needs to support continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience

  • consultative selling skills

  • engage and influence C-level executives

  • upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion

  • verbal and written communication skills

  • CRM systems

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones and willingness to travel as required.
