Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager at FreeStand based in Delhi, you will have the opportunity to work with top FMCG enterprises such as HUL, Nestle, and L'Oreal, providing them with innovative Product Sampling & Customer Engagement Solutions. Your role will involve driving large-scale sampling campaigns for leading FMCG and media brands in India. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, responsible for managing demos, crafting proposals, overseeing campaign execution, reporting, and spearheading growth initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on taking ownership, are passionate about marketing innovation, and excel in building impactful relationships with top-tier brands. Your responsibilities will include leading the client onboarding process, creating campaign-specific solutions, and delivering customized proposals. You will also manage campaign planning and execution, client success, vendor coordination, commercial processes, creative asset development, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, is proficient in data analysis and digital marketing principles, and has a high-performance mindset. You should be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and preferably come from an engineering or tech-driven background. Bonus points if you have experience as an ex-founder, particularly in D2C or tech startups, and exhibit a positive, solution-oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
