Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive (B2B SaaS Sales - US Region)

Work Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Location: Baner, Pune

Role Overview:


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and target segment to better serve the clients.
  • Attending inbound customer inquiries.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities via call and email outreach.
  • Contacting potential customers on LinkedIn, via phone calls and emails.
  • Conduct demo meetings and help customers choose the right offering.
  • Handle objections, negotiate and win new customers.
  • Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals.


Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of Enterprise sales experience as a Sales Executive / Account Executive or SDR in a B2B SaaS/IT Software/IT Products Company.
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience in managing global sales in the region - North America /US
  • Hands on experience with sales enablement tools for email and call outreach.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles & prior experience of managing & achieving sales quota
  • Ambitious, result-oriented and has a great attention to detail.
  • Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.


Good to have:

  • Has worked at growth stage startup.
  • Previous experience in selling to HR & IT Personas.
