Job Description

Manager-Aerospace Centre of Excellence is responsible for driving the implementation plan, performance, day to day operations and deployment of strategic goals. The primary function of this role is to establish
Operates and drives a highly functional training in Aerospace which involves Design,Manufacturing & Simulation.
Manages day to day operations in achieving training targets as per project plan, utilization &on-time implementation.
Support deployment of strategic goals related to building end to end organizationalcapabilities in terms of people & test infrastructure around strategic focus areas.
Leverages state of the art tools, methods and processes to create common system acrossthe centre of excellence.
Provide technical leadership to the team and perform quality checks to ensure trainingmeets client standards.
Integrate with Program/Project teams to ensure alignment. Drive resources decisions tosupport program/Project needs.
Support /Manage budget for capital expenditure and operational expenses.

Qualifications & Requirement

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, and compulsory master s degree inAerospace Engineering.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Industry (Manufacturing, Testing & Engineering Design) with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team either directly or indirectly.
Exposure of Aerospace equipment installation & performance testing
Good oral & Written communication, Presentation & Leadership Skills, Result oriented and adaptable, Ability to achieve results in a Matrix organization, Ability to influence outside of a direct reporting relationship.
