Engineering Head

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Head to lead and manage the engineering department at our WHO-GMP-certified pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintenance, utilities, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all machinery, utilities, and infrastructure
• Lead CAPEX planning and implementation for engineering projects
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance across the plant
• Maintain strict compliance with GMP, WHO-GMP, and other regulatory standards
• Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth functioning
• Monitor energy efficiency, safety protocols, and cost-effective solutions
• Vendor and contractor management for engineering-related services
• Handle audits (regulatory and client) from an engineering standpoint

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of utilities: HVAC, AHU, Water Systems (RO, WFI), Compressors, etc.
• Experience in handling audits (WHO-GMP, FDA, etc.)
• Good leadership, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
