Engineering Head

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading and scaling the engineering organization, driving technical strategy, and ensuring world-class delivery of products and solutions. This role requires a strong technology leader who can balance hands-on expertise with people leadership, process governance, and long-term vision. The Engineering Head will work closely with product, architecture, and delivery leaders to align engineering execution with business goals.

• Lead and grow the engineering team across multiple technology verticals.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and architectural guidelines.
• Oversee engineering excellence in areas such as DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies aligned with business needs.
• Establish robust processes for quality assurance, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and develop engineering managers, tech leads, and senior engineers to build strong leadership capacity.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and technical debt to continuously improve team efficiency.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality releases.
• Represent engineering in leadership forums, strategy discussions, and client interactions.
