Engineer / Sr. Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer with a background in Electronics/Electro-Mechanical systems to manage and coordinate end-to-end engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Experience with defence-related standards and a strong understanding of electro-mechanical integration will be advantageous.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.


• Act as a central point of contact between design, manufacturing, procurement, and clients.


• Interact daily with clients to interpret their technical requirements and project needs.


• Provide regular updates and detailed project status reports to the Project Manager and customers.


• Understand and interpret technical specifications related to electronics and electro-mechanical components.


• Review and evaluate engineering deliverables, identifying and initiating corrective actions as needed.


• Coordinate with vendors for material requirements, quotations, and delivery schedules.


• Support internal teams for project execution and ensure timelines are met despite competing deadlines.


• Develop and review wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and other project documentation.


• Ensure compliance with relevant defence standards (e.g., MIL-STD, JSS 55555) where applicable.


• Plan, lead, and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to dispatch.


• Be flexible to travel to client sites for project meetings, reviews, and technical discussions.


• Maintain clear, professional communication both verbally and in writing.

Education: B.E. in Electronics or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.


• Ability to read and create wiring/block diagrams.


• Familiarity with defence standards such as MIL-STD, JSS 55555 is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


• Strong coordination and team collaboration skills.
