Role & responsibilities

  • Generating enquiries by Field visits to Customer
  • Follow up on Enquiry.
  • Updating the Enquiry in the Sales Management System.
  • Getting Costing from Pre-Sales Department Making offer based on Costing.
  • Follow up on offer submitted.
  • Fix up meetings with the customer with superiors as and when required.
  • Negotiating and finalizing a project.
  • Filing in lost business report in the required format for orders lost.
  • Making Visit reports in the format for every visit made.
  • Follow up for Sales and Commercial payments.
  • Helping the Service team in field as required by them to attend to Customer Calls.
  • Contributing for activities related to sales like exhibitions, seminars etc.
  • Updating on competition activities in the market.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company's products and capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good level of leadership, teamwork and vocabulary skills.

- IT Knowledge in terms of Software's, Word, Excel, e-mail.

- Good Presentation Skills

- Should have 3 years to 5 Years of Experience

- Awareness for new technologies and new product concepts.
