Job Description

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.
Create and manage email campaigns including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and transactional emails.
Build email lists and segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
Write engaging copy and collaborate with design for visually appealing emails.
Set up and optimize email automation workflows (e.g., onboarding, cart abandonment).
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and timing.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with email performance metrics and reporting tools.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with data privacy and email compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of marketing automation and segmentation tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and integrated digital marketing strategies.
