Job Description

As an Infrastructure & SMTP Server Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and securing a high-volume email delivery infrastructure, including SMTP servers, IP pools with rotation, domain authentication, DNS management, and remote-access configuration. Your deep expertise in email server technologies, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices will be crucial for the role. Your key responsibilities will include planning, deploying, and managing a robust SMTP infrastructure, configuring IP pools and implementing dynamic IP rotation strategies, setting up domain authentication processes, ensuring DNS propagation, and managing load balancers. You will also be required to implement queue systems, collaborate with developers, and ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing SMTP servers, email deliverability, IP rotation, and DNS management. Strong hands-on experience with SMTP software like Postfix, Exim, or PowerMTA, as well as proficiency in DNS configuration, load balancer management, security implementations, and Linux systems administration are essential. Additionally, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are required. Preferred qualifications include previous experience with email marketing platforms, understanding of backend programming languages and databases, and immediate availability. The work mode will involve on-site presence in Navi Mumbai for initial setup and occasional maintenance, with the ability to provide remote support and administration as needed.
