Job Description – E-commerce ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage cataloguing, product listings, and orderprocessing across marketplaces in India and the UK. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inmarketplace management, cataloguing, and backend operations with a strong understanding of e-commerceworkflows. The role involves overseeing daily dispatches, inventory management, returns processing, andreporting to ensure seamless operations in B2C, D2C, and B2B verticals.Key Responsibilities:• E-commerce Fulfillment & Dispatch Management: Oversee order processing, packing, andtimely dispatch across Amazon, Flipkart, website, and other marketplaces. Coordinate withwarehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, and shipment activities.• Catalogue Management: Handle product listing creation, updates, and optimization (titles,descriptions, images, keywords, pricing). Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (India &UK), Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, etc. Regularly audit live listings to fix errors, mismatches, andsuppressions.• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, andensure proper inventory control using Unicommerce (OMS & WMS). Create and manage FBAconsignment shipments for India & UK marketplaces.• Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Work with courier partners to optimize shippingperformance and minimize delivery delays. Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, andshipment activities.• Returns & Reverse Logistics Handling: Track and process product returns efficiently to minimizeoperational losses.• Compliance & Account Health: Monitor account health (India & UK) parameters (late dispatchrate, cancellation rate, valid tracking rate, etc.).• Daily & Monthly Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports on order status, dispatchperformance, and inventory levels. Generate monthly dispatch reports for analysis and processimprovements.Skills & Qualifications:• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment management.• Strong knowledge of e-commerce dispatch models (Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, etc.).• Proficiency in Unicommerce (OMS & WMS) for order and warehouse management.• Hands-on experience in daily operational reporting and monthly dispatch analysis.• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
