E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.
• Ensure all SKUs are correctly listed across Amazon & Flipkart.
  

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
• Manage daily order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  

Pricing & Promotions

• Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and seasonal offers.
  

Performance Analysis

• Track sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace analytics.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
  

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Maintain high seller ratings and compliance with marketplace policies.
  

Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure product listings meet Amazon & Flipkart guidelines.
• Stay updated on marketplace policy changes and implement them proactively.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1- 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon/Flipkart accounts (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC campaigns

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Google Sheets, and seller portals

  (Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like

  Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Amazon Seller Central

  .
• Experience managing

  paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)

  .
• Basic understanding of

  product photography, A+ content creation, and brand stores
