Documentation Controller - Datacenter Projects @ Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for Datacenter projects.

• Receive, log, track, and distribute project documentation (drawings, design documents, contracts, reports, vendor submissions, approvals, etc.).

• Ensure that only the latest approved versions of documents are circulated and obsolete versions are archived.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of all project records.

• Generate and maintain project document registers, transmittals, and tracking logs.

• Support audits by ensuring documents are well organized and readily available.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and datacenter regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve documentation-related queries.

• Provide administrative support to the Project Management team with reports, presentations, and filing systems.& responsibilities
