POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

• Documents are maintained systematically at the site and all site correspondences are maintained as and when required.

• Clients should be provided with all the documents on time as requested. Controlling overall documentations with labeling and coding’s in coordination with client.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures.

• Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.

• Use SmartSolve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control.

• Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.

• Print and distribute documents as necessary.

• Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 5 to 10 years with any graduation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS BE Civil from recognized university or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Post-Graduation or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Age Criteria 25 to 35 years

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in MS Office is must

REQUIRED SKILLS Good written & Spoken English Communication, construction industry knowledge is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
