Document Controller

Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for organizing, scanning, copying, and storing documents in a systematic manner. Your duties will include managing document requests, maintaining accurate physical and digital records, reviewing and updating documents for accuracy and compliance, and implementing document control procedures. You will also ensure the confidentiality of sensitive documents, perform quality checks, maintain traceability, distribute and receive documents according to the distribution matrix, assign document numbers, track revisions, update document control registers and logs, and ensure the timely submission of error-free engineering documents. Additionally, you will maintain archives for easy access and reference.
