Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Dispatch Operation

Coordinate and organize daily dispatch activities, including assigning tasks to team members and ensuring work is completed on time and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities, including scheduling and tracking of deliveries and pickups
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
Warehouse management & control (space allotment, housekeeping, west management)
Pre-dispatch planning
Stock verification & reconciliation
SAP
Maintain MIS Report
ISO & API Audits documentation
Vendor Development & Billing
Manpower & Equipment Handling
5S Implementation

Preferred candidate profile

Education

B. Com in Material Management or Commerce

M. Com in Material Management or Commerce

MBA / PG Diploma in Material Management or Operation

Experience-

Required Experience in Dispatch Management

Technical skills-

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and dispatch software is often required.

Soft skills-

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
