Director - Operations

The role of Hyderabad Site Ops Supervision at MetLife is crucial for scaling the operations at GOSC Hyderabad site. As a driven and enthusiastic individual, you will work closely with stakeholders across MetLife GOSC centers in Hyderabad, Noida, and Jaipur to ensure alignment on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions with enabling functions such as HR, finance, and IT to support portfolio expansion and integration efforts. In this role, you will focus on institutionalizing processes at Hyderabad site consistent with other GOSC sites, conducting value-added analyses to improve processes, and developing efficient reporting processes. Compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also lead capability collaboration efforts across various technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute, along with professional certifications in project management and technology. With 15-20+ years of experience in operations and project management, including customer management experience, you should possess strong program and project management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
