Digital Technical Lead - Modeling & Simulation

Join our Digital Clinical Development team as the Modeling & Simulation Product Lead and take a pivotal role in centralizing and advancing engineering capabilities across Digital R&D. In this role, you will lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing Agile engineering team, driving innovation and operational excellence in clinical development.

About You

• Experience:
• • You bring a minimum of 4 years of experience designing and delivering innovation in AI including novel research experience in AI and Biosciences, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring groups of Data Scientists/Analysts.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects, products, mentoring team members effectively, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Extensive experience driving integration initiatives across diverse systems and ensuring seamless interoperability at scale.
• Skills:
• • Technical Skills:
  • • Expertise in AI, Analytics, and Data Science development, and scalable application design.
    • Deep understanding of data pipelines and workflows and how to derive value from data to solve business challenges
    • Proficiency in designing and implementing system integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging systems, with strong knowledge of integration tools and patterns such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.

• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as SQL.
• Deep understanding of cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake) and data management solutions, including AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and S3, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

• • • Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage secure, reliable integrations with cloud-based platforms and services, ensuring seamless data flow and system scalability.
    • Deep understanding of advanced GenAI technologies, such as AWS Q and ChatGPT, alongside key AWS components like Lambda, SNS, and more, to deliver robust, cloud-native solutions.
    • Ability to replicate or conduct novel AI innovation and research applications
