Urgent Hiring – Digital Marketing (Trainee - Paid Ads)
Location: Mohali (Onsite only)
Experience: 6 months
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on skills)

Are you passionate about running Meta Ads, Google Ads, and managing marketing budgets effectively? Do you understand the basics of campaign structuring, performance tracking, and want to grow your career in Performance Marketing? Then we’re looking for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
• Assist in campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, and daily optimization
• Monitor ad performance, prepare basic performance reports
• Work on budget planning and allocation
• Collaborate with the team for creative and content coordination
• Use Excel for campaign tracking, analysis, and budgeting

Requirements:

• 6 months of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Good grasp of how digital ads actually work (not just theory)
• Must have basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
• Strong communication and accountability
