About the Role

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize

  CI/CD pipelines

  using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on

  AWS Cloud

  (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, API Gateway, IAM, SQS, SNS).
• Automate environment provisioning and configuration management through

  Infrastructure as Code

  (CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible).
• Manage and optimize

  application servers

  like

  WebLogic

  and

  Tomcat

  , ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security, Architecture) to streamline delivery processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Conduct

  log analysis

  and troubleshoot issues across CI/CD, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Support

  blue-green or canary deployments

  to minimize downtime and risk during releases.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to evolve our DevOps ecosystem.

Core Skills

• Proficiency with

  Linux-based systems

  and Bash/Python scripting.
• Experience with

  AWS services

  and cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of

  networking, load balancing, and system design

  principles.
• Familiarity with

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration workflows.
• Practical experience managing

  WebLogic and Tomcat

  deployments.
• Hands-on experience in

  Node.js scripting

  for automation and API integration.
• Knowledge of

  Java

  and

  Spring Boot

  applications is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on

  system reliability and observability

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Exposure to

  infrastructure monitoring and incident response

  .
• Experience in optimizing

  build and deployment times

  through parallelization and caching.
• Familiarity with

  security and compliance practices

  in CI/CD and cloud environments.
• AWS certification is a plus.
