Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide desktop, remote, and helpdesk support.
  • Handle Outlook configuration, O365 issues, OneDrive errors, and mail-stuck problems.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS (Win 10/8), browser issues, and basic hardware problems.
  • Manage service requests and incidents using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with on-call support teams and vendors for timely call.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • A+ Desktop or equivalent skills; MCP or hardware certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows environment, Outlook, O365, and networking basics.
  • Certification in RedHat / Windows / Linux is an added advantage.
