Troubleshoot and Fix Network, Hardware and/or Software Issues
Quarterly carry out Preventive Maintenance
Manage Backup
Maintain Inventories of IT Asset
Maintain Documentation of Issues along with Solutions, for Future Reference
Follow Process and Policies of Client
Should Have the knowledge of ITIL/ISO Processes
Good Written & Communication Skill.
Should follow the reporting mechanism daily weekly & monthly.
Computer & Hardware networking
