Desktop Support Engineer L2

As an experienced IT professional, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing desktop/laptop operating systems and e-mail client issues. Your expertise will also be utilized in creating OS images to streamline the OS deployment process. In addition to resolving technical problems, you will play a key role in mentoring the L1 teams on unresolved issues and providing leadership in the absence of the Team Leader. Your strong analytical and diagnostic skills will enable you to quickly identify technical issues and independently develop effective solutions. You will also be involved in training other team members on these solutions. It will be crucial for you to ensure problem determination and resolution within defined SLAs, as well as perform Root Cause Analysis for incidents and handle technical escalations when necessary. Another aspect of your role will involve patch management for desktops, ensuring that critical patches are updated according to schedule. This comprehensive approach to IT support will contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization's systems and operations. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT field. The work location for this role will be in person, providing you with the opportunity to actively engage with the team and address technical challenges effectively.,
