About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and other office devices.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and basic configurations.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to hardware, software, printers, and networking.
  • Coordinate with senior IT team members for escalated support needs.
  • Maintain records of assets and system configurations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on support requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of
