We are expanding our design & development team and are looking for a talented Design Engineer with experience in instrumentation valve design, tube fittings, and autoclave manufacturing.

Job Type:

Full-time | On-site

Experience Required:

1 to 5 years in design engineering (preferably instrumentation valves, fittings, or autoclave systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instrumentation valves, tube fittings, manifolds, and autoclave systems for high-pressure and laboratory applications.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and assembly layouts using CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Work closely with the R&D team for prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
• Perform stress analysis, tolerance analysis, and material selection for precision engineering components.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, and DIN.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and quality teams to resolve design issues and optimize production processes.
• Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical datasheets, product manuals, and engineering documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in designing instrumentation valves, fittings, or autoclaves.
• Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar.
• Good knowledge of pressure vessels, sealing mechanisms, piping systems, and fluid flow.
• Expertise in material selection for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
• Familiarity with engineering standards: ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tube fittings, manifolds, and valve assemblies.
• Exposure to autoclave and laboratory equipment manufacturing.
• Understanding of quality assurance and testing procedures.

Salary Range:

₹ 20,000 – ₹ 40,000 per annum (Based on experience & skills)
