Job Description

As a Design Engineer - Electromechanical in the automotive industry, your role involves designing, developing, and testing electromechanical components and systems for automotive applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of components into vehicle systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing electromechanical systems and components for automotive applications, aligning with project specifications. - Using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo & AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings. - Conducting analysis and simulations of electromechanical systems to validate design performance and compliance with safety standards. - Performing prototype testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and resolve issues. - Assisting in the development of product specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and design documentation. - Evaluating and selecting materials and components based on performance, cost, and manufacturability. - Researching and implementing innovative solutions to improve product performance and manufacturing processes. - Supporting manufacturing and assembly teams with design modifications and improvements. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromechanical design, preferably in the automotive industry. - Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar. - Familiarity with electromechanical components, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, automotive wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, DFMEA, and other risk management tools. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus incentive. The work location is in person.,
