Job Description

Role Overview

C# developer (4+ years)


Responsibilities
  • Design and refine

    MySQL schemas

    (InnoDB vs MyISAM, column types, normalization/denormalization).
  • Build efficient

    indexes, stored procedures, and views

    for high-performance queries.
  • Optimize existing queries and

    tune execution plans

    .
  • Set up and maintain

    automated data sync between databases

    (ETL, replication, or script-based).
  • Work with team on

    API development

    in C#/.NET.
  • Ensure high availability and performance through good DB & table structuring/architecture.
  • Collaborate with devs and product owners to evolve database and service design.
  • Create Custom Telerik Reports using .net
  • Visualize Data using Domo/Power BI
Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years of C#/.NET

    development (APIs, services).
  • Strong

    MySQL experience

    :
  • Query optimization & indexing strategies.
  • Schema design & column type choices.
  • Knowledge of

    InnoDB vs MyISAM

    trade-offs.
  • Stored procedures, triggers, and views.
  • Ability to design

    automated syncing/mirroring

    between databases.
  • Solid understanding of

    database architecture

    and best practices.
Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to

    cloud-hosted MySQL (AWS RDS, Azure Database for MySQL, GCP)

    .
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (

    Percona Toolkit, Performance Schema, slow query log

    ).
  • Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
  • Python, Node.js, react.js
