Database Engineer

• Reliable, secure, and optimized database deployments.

• Design, deploy, and maintain

  PostgreSQL,

  MS SQL and other Databases

  environments.
• Develop and implement database architecture strategies.
• Optimize database performance, availability, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
  

• Proven experience managing

  PostgreSQL,

  MS SQL and other Databases

  in production.
• Strong knowledge of database deployment, replication, backup, and recovery.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and high availability setups.
• Prior experience leading and managing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
