Job Description

Hands on experience on one or more latest Database versions like MS SQL, Oracle DB, MySQL, MongoDB. MariaDB, Sybase etc. Database Backup and Recovery plans and procedures. Provide Authentication to the users. Capacity planning based on the database growth. Monitoring database performance issues and resolve the potential bottlenecks. Proactive Database tuning based on application and usage. Investigate and troubleshooting database issues. Manage support cases to enable fast resolution and meeting SLA. Ensuring accurate recording of all cases using the ticket management tool. Knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice. Responding to high severity issues, resolving, and providing root cause analysis. Database administration for the critical applications, ensuring 24/7 operation and availability. Creating and maintaining technical documentations for day-to-day operations
