Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input and Updates:Inputting data from various sources (paper documents, digital records) into databases and computer systems.
• Data Verification:Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting any errors or discrepancies.
• Database Management:Updating, maintaining, and organizing databases, digital, and paper filing systems.
• Data Security and Backups:Performing regular backups of data to ensure preservation and following data protection policies to maintain confidentiality.
• Report Generation:Preparing and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as requested by management.
• Information Retrieval:Responding to requests to retrieve data from databases or electronic files.
• Administrative Tasks:Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and printing documents.

Required Skills

• Typing Speed and Accuracy:Fast and accurate typing abilities are crucial for efficient data entry.
• Attention to Detail:The ability to focus and spot even minor errors or inconsistencies in the data.
• Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in data capturing and office management software, especially Microsoft Office Suite (like Excel) and Google Suite.
• Organizational Skills:Strong skills in organizing and managing large volumes of data and electronic records.
• Time Management:The ability to manage time effectively and multitask to handle high volumes of data.
• Confidentiality:Understanding and adherence to data confidentiality and security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
