Customer Relations Representative

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) job involves managing and improving relationships between a company and its customers. • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Understanding Customer Needs:Analyzing customer data, identifying needs and preferences, and developing strategies to address them effectively.
• Service Strategy Development:Creating and implementing customer service strategies, including retention programs, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Issue Resolution:Promptly addressing customer issues and complaints, finding solutions, and preventing future occurrences.
• Cross-selling and Upselling:Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to other products or services that may be beneficial to them.

Pay: ₹10,460.74 - ₹15,500.00 per month
