Role Overview: At PwC, your role as an Associate in the Tower of Data, Analytics & Specialist Managed Service will involve working as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities at this management level will include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. - Be flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments. - Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Review Ticket Quality and deliverables, provide Status Reporting for the project. - Adhere to SLAs, have experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. - Seek and embrace opportunities that provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Use straightforward communication in a structured way when influencing and connecting with others. - Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading engagements. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Contribute as a good team player, take up cross competency work, and contribute to COE activities. - Handle Escalation/Risk management effectively.
