Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, define, and manage the overall data analytics architecture.
Establish data governance to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions including data ingestion, storage, and analytics layers.
Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and deliver accurate data to stakeholders.
Automate recurring reports using Power BI and provide secure access to business users.
Optimize queries and improve database performance through fine-tuning and capacity planning.
Support development teams with database-related needs and performance enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Tech / MCA
Experience: 6+ years in Data Engineering / Database Management
Mandatory Skills:

Power BI reporting & analytics (end-to-end development & publishing)
SQL query writing (DDL, DML, DQL, DCL)
Data Lake (Data ingestion, storage & management)

Preferred Skills:

Python
AWS (RDS, Data services)
MongoDB basics (querying & data export)
Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines (batch & streaming)
Experience in data modeling, cleaning, DAX, and building interactive dashboards
