Data Annotation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform image, video, and text annotation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Annotate images using bounding boxes, polygons, masks, or key points to label objects or features.
• Label temporal data in videos, including object tracking, key frame identification, and action/event tagging.
• Work on 3D LiDAR data annotation for advanced perception use cases.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and adherence to project-specific annotation guidelines.
• Report data quality issues and tool-related challenges in a timely manner to project leads.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to resolve questions or inconsistencies in annotations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure alignment across team members.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Computer Vision annotation (image and video).
• Hands-on experience with a range of annotation tools (e. g., CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, VGG, etc. ).
• Experience in temporal video annotation, object tracking, and event labeling.
• Familiarity with 3D point cloud/LiDAR annotation is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of annotation guidelines and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from the office at the Marathahalli location.
